Welcome to my TOS & Additional Information Page~!
I ask that all those who receive art from me or would like to do so read my TOS, Additional Information & Blacklist before doing so. Violation of these could lead to blacklisting.

♡ For commission enquiries please contact me via email or discord (can be found on Trello & Homepage). Please fill out the form located on my Trello when getting into contact with me regarding work.

Terms Of Service

♡ Work marked with the priority label will take priority above all else as those are either payments or involve money.♡ Art that has been on my Trello for the longest may also take priority compared to others.♡ It can take me a day - 3 months to finish a piece depending on what it is. If you are unsure or would like an ETA or even updates, please friend request & DM my discord (@justlotuss ).♡ Sometimes a 50/50 payment plan will be put in place. This will typically be set in place if a piece has a process, e.g. fullbody shaded sketch = 50% paid after sketch completion, 50% after full completion.♡ For pieces that do not have a payment plan, I will take payment after. With this in mind, you will not receive the finished piece until after I receive full payment.♡ Things cannot be changed after the colouring stage. The sketch will always be sent in for approval and then the flat colour will follow afterwards (if applicable), if you are unsatisfied with anything it will need to be known during these stages otherwise I will not be able to accomodate changes. Minor changes like how a piece of jewellery is drawn for example may be subject to change upon request.♡ If I have started your piece and money is involved I do not offer refunds if the sketch is near completion. Under severe or emergency circumstances, I may be able to accomodate a refund. In this instance however, you will not receive art from me.♡ Anyone on my blacklist is not permitted to receive art from me even if commission. This also includes owning any adopts I have created or characters. If anyone on my blacklist does obtain any of my art you may also be blacklisted as my TOS have been violated. If you purchase art from me that has someone elses OC and that person is on my blacklist, you are obligated to tell me so I can refuse services. If this is not done and it is found out, you will be blacklisted too.♡ In some cases I may request you pay slightly more due to complex design fee’s, additional characters/things or because of services such as Paypal that take a % of payments away. If you are not comfortable with this in mind, please reconsider commissioning me. Please be aware that this could occur.♡ If you receive art from me that is not coloured and would like to do so yourself please ask and do not assume. I am inclined to say no as I am uncomfortable with it generally speaking however I do not mind if you ask. Please be aware the possibility of me saying no is very high though.♡ My art is not allowed to be edited in any way by anyone without permission. My signature/watermark is not to be removed and if you would like to edit the image you must ask me.♡ I ask that I am notified of whenever an OC/Design/Adopt from me is sold onto someone else so that I can keep track of where it is and who has it. This helps me to protect my IP.♡ Respect what I will and won’t draw. If you are unsure then please ask but if any pushing on the matter persists you may be blacklisted.♡ Copyright & Advertising Rights still belong to me despite commissioning me, the only thing you own will be your character/your own intellectual property. I will not and do not sell copyright & advertising rights. If you would like to use my art to advertise (i.e. Commissioning me to create a promotional piece) please ask. Be aware that an extra charge may apply.♡ Please respect my boundaries - What I will and won't draw, prices etc.♡ If you ever have any questions PLEASE ASK! I promise, I do not bite <3

♡ Anyone not following my TOS may be blacklisted.All Estimated Completion Times are prolonged purposefully. Typically speaking, I am able to complete a commission within a day, however, to provide myself more time and to be transparent with clients, I have given maximum estimations.

Additional Information

♡ IMPORTANT: I am known to photobash and use IRL images in order to produce my artwork, whether that be tracing, referencing etc. If this is something you are uncomfortable with then DO NOT commission me. Additionally, if you have any IRL images you'd like for me to use, please send them my way, although this is also up to my own discretion and choice~! I will try to use them for the most part. I am slowly moving forwards with my artwork and hoping to abandon tracing PHOTOGRAPHS soon.♡ The status of my commissions etc can be found on my Trello Page. TOS applies to ALL of my Art Services.♡ Monthly Slots can be found on my Trello. Slots available for my YCHs are located on my Toyhou.se♡ YCHs, Further Art Examples & Characters being sold can be found on my Toyhou.se♡ Additional Charges may apply to depending on what is asked. Typically, this is a complex design fee & the range of it will vary depending on what you are seeking. All complexity fee price ranges are listed on my commissions page. Do note that these are subject to change as are my prices at any time.♡ Gore Art will cost more to produce. Depending on how extreme the gore is and the rest of the piece, the price will vary. This is something I am willing to haggle on however. Price of gore can be discussed and I will provide a quote price I deem fair. If you feel it is not fair, please mention it so something can be worked out. Gore pieces are likely to have 50/50 Payment Proceses applied.♡ Shaded & Rendered pieces are likely to have 50/50 Payment Proceses applied.♡ Please check my Trello if you are interested in my art at all as there is also additional information located there. I have a notice board that I update in regards to artwork. This is easier to update than my Carrd pages hence why it is in place.
♡ I'd like to request that clients convert money to GBP worth before sending however it is not 100% necessary, just preferred.

Blacklist
Users on this list are not permitted to receive art from me or own any of my designs/adopts. If you own something from me already, you will be allowed to keep it, however you will not be allowed to receive anything more from me.
